Ananga 

Ananga is a writer and teacher with a passion for helping people find calm and balance in their lives. She works from a diverse garden of healing techniques from Ayurveda (India's Ancient Science of Life) to the latest developments in Energy Psychology.

Trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis and Meridian Energy Therapies, Ananga has shared cutting edge techniques for stress and anxiety relief with hundreds of people in workshops around the UK. She is the author of the EFT workbook The Art and Science of Emotional Freedom and editor of Living by Design personal development blog.

Ananga has been fascinated with the healing science of Ayurveda for many years and is currently completing her Ayurveda Lifestyle Counselling course with the American Institute of Vedic Studies. She has been practising Bhakti Yoga for 20 years and is happy to share her experience of mantra meditation and the Bhagavad-gita via regular spiritual development workshops and events at the Yoga Barn.

You can find her at the Yoga Barn at Tuesday night kirtans, Mantra Meditation evenings and any time she's teaching workshops on personal growth and peaceful living.
