 I fell in love with yoga 18 years ago and was captivated after my first class. I've trained with some remarkable teachers who have inspired me to explore, practice and teach yoga.

I teach Hatha yoga which incorporates many styles of yoga and traditional Ashtanga yoga. My teaching emphasises body and breath awareness including some yoga philosophy in an every day life way.  

I am British Wheel of Yoga qualified which includes 5 years of excellent training. My training also includes Sivananda yoga and many amazing teachers of Ashtanga yoga worldwide.

I believe that anyone can practice yoga whatever your age and whatever you believe your limitations are. Through yoga our thoughts gently become positive so we begin to realise our true Self and are able to fulfil our full potentials as human beings. Come and join me on the mat soon. With love, Deena x
