Sabine
My name is Sabine and my interest in Yoga started over 15 years ago with going to as many classes as I could. I also attended the very first Yoga Foundation course held by the formidable Antonia Boyle. In 2005, after taking redundancy from a high pressured sales career, it was the logical step for me to enrol in the British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training course. This was of one the best decisions of my life as it opened up my mind and body to different values and ways to live your life.
I have been teaching for the last three years in the Bromley area, Westerham and Sevenoaks and, I am particularly happy to have taught and continue to teach a group of over 50’s yogis, funded by Sevenoaks District Council. There is no age limit to enjoy and participate in a yoga class.
Yoga means union and the energy flows from the teacher to the students and vice versa to create harmony and energy between us.
‘The Teacher and the taught together create the teaching’
(Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now)
I am a member of the British Wheel of Yoga and have full insurance cover to teaching yoga class to mixed ability from the age of 18+.
