The first part of the Journey Into Meditation course was enjoyed by everyone who attended. Our guest all left with some crucial insights into their mind type according to Ayurveda and how to look out for signs of stress and relax into meditation as a retreat from the busyness and demands that each new day can bring.
As some guests were unable to attend the first workshop due to prior commitments we are sharing it here and inviting anyone who wants to pick up the course at part two to join us at the barn this Saturday afternoon.
